The scene opens up with Mason sitting on the edge of the bed, holding the phone up to his face he FaceTimes Mia.
MASON FOX:
What's good ma? I'm shocked you answered.
MIA COCAINE:
I'm shocked I answered too, but I wanted to see what bullshit you was going to tell me today.
MASON FOX:
Damn you starting on me already, look you got every excuse to be mad at me. I just wanted to apologize to you because I didn't mean for shit to go down that way.
MIA COCAINE:
All I wanted you to do was be honest with me but the fact that you was messing with a girl I got issues with made the situation worst. I'm so angry with you right now, and I haven't talked to Carmen about it but I will tonight.
MASON FOX:
I don't think you should bring that up, at least not on that trip. You already know Carmen is going to fly off the deep end.
MIA COCAINE:
And you think I give a fuck about her feelings? She didn't care about mines when she tried to stop money or when she decided to lay down with you instead of keeping it professional. So yes it is my place and my right to say something to her about it and the fact that you are sitting there defending here just boggles my mind.
MASON FOX:
I'm not defending her actually, I'm just speaking truth. I don't think it's the worth the drama but do what you feel is necessary. I don't want to be involved in that mess, I've said my peace and said my apologies, and I'm done with it.
MIA COCAINE:
Whatever you say Mason, I'm going back with the girls so I’ll talk to you later.
Before Mason could reply Mia disconnects the call, he sits there for a second shaking his head as the scene fades. The scene reopens back in LA where Yeshua Banner inside Massive Studio, a local recording studio in downtown LA. Yeshua is shown writing some lyrics down on a piece of paper, mumbling words to himself he writes a couple other lines down on the paper.
