#theLIFE 004 • S9 - Can’t We Just Get Along

The scene opens up in Santa Monica, CA. Devyn is shown standing outside of a huge warehouse shirtless, with a pair of puma sweat pants on and his Calvin Klein underwear strap showing. He takes a couple hits of the cigarette before tossing it to the ground.



DEVYN CANNON: Today I have a photoshoot lined up with Calvin Klein, something I am really excited about. Being a bouncer is cool, but it's not something I want to do with my life, it's not a career for me so this opportunity with Calvin is beyond crazy, shoutout to my babe Trinity for setting it up for me.

Devyn takes a second to himself.

DEVYN CANNON: It sucks that my girl gotta help me find jobs tho, I get we’re in this together and even though we’ve been rocking for almost a year now it still makes me feel a certain way. Before I met Trinity I was already bouncing at two spots but once we started kicking it, she wanted me to bounce at #LadyBoy. She promised I would make good money there, and trust me the money has been good but I need something more.

Devyn shrugs as the scene cuts back to the photoshoot, Devyn walks back in and heads over to the food table where his manager and good friend Alexia Love aka Lexi was shown snacking on some of the fruit.

DEVYN CANNON: Hungry huh?

LEXI: Boy you just don’t know, I’ve been trying to hold back from eating up this food but my stomach is saying nah baby, eat!

DEVYN CANNON: I snuck a couple strawberries and grapes earlier, they really don’t want us to eat until after we’re done shooting but I couldn’t wait.

LEXI: They might be watching you, anyway I’m so happy you decided to make me your full time manager, now we can finally get you some deals and really get you out there in the public.

DEVYN CANNON: I needed you to complete a trial run before I made it official, plus I’ve known you since high school and our friendship was more important to me than this, so I just wanted to be sure that was secure before we rushed into anything.



DEVYN CANNON: I’ve been rocking with Lexi for a minute now, we dated back in highschool but we both realized we were better off as friends than actual lovers, she's a cool person and I know she only wants what's best for me. Now all I need to do is get Trinity on board, she doesn’t care for her too much because of our past history but Trinity needs to understand that it's only a business / platonic relationship, nothing more, nothing less.

The scene cuts back to the two.

LEXI: I understand but trust me I won’t let anything get between us or what we have, I just need for your girlfriend to stop giving me the side eye and maybe try to get to know me.



LEXI: I’ve only met Trinity a couple times and let's just say everytime we met it was never pleasant. I just get this weird vibe from her, like she has an attitude or something, I’m sure she’s insecure about the past Devyn and I shared but trust me boo I don’t want Devyn.

Lexi chuckles.

LEXI: And if I did I could have him, Period!

The scene cuts back to Lexi and Devyn, Lexi looks down at her iPhone and notices she has a conference call coming up regarding some business for Devyn.

LEXI: Anyway boo we can talk about that another time, I have some business to attend to and I know Trinity will be here soon. I’ll reach out to you a little later and we can talk about some other stuff I have lined up for you.

The two hug and Alexia exits the building, the photographer calls for Devyn to come back over to take more pictures and he does so. Devyn stands in the middle of the floor, dropping his pumas sweats to the floor revealing his chiseled body and white boxer briefs, he starts posing. Shortly after, the cameras switch view to the parking lot where Trinity is shown pulling in inside of her Mercedes G Wagon. She parks in one of the available spots and makes her way in. She spots Devyn and smiles as she approaches the shoot. She blows a kiss at him when he notices her. When he gets another break he walks over to her and she jumps on his arms.

TRINITY MONROE: Hey babe.

DEVYN CANNON: Trin, I’m glad you can make it.

TRINITY MONROE: of course i would.. I missed you.

DEVYN CANNON: I’ve missed you too, you just missed Lexi, she was here a few minutes ago discussing some ideas with me, she said she had a few jobs lined up for me. I’m stoked babe! Aren’t you happy for me?

Trinity sarcastically smiles.

TRINITY MONROE: So happy!... babe. I'm shocked she didn't stick around to say hello.

DEVYN CANNON: She said she had some things to do, but I invited her over later for dinner if that’s cool? She said she wanted to run over some things with me.

TRINITY MONROE: Oh…...great.

DEVYN CANNON: Just be nice bae, she already has the impression you don’t care for her.

TRINITY MONROE: you get that impression because she likes to throw swords and hide her hand. But if she plays nice so will I.



DEVYN CANNON: Woman drama, leave me out of it.

Devyn chuckles as the scene cuts back to the two.

DEVYN CANNON: But listen babe I just wanted to talk to you about the bouncer job at LadyBoy, I know business has been booming lately and with me being there I know it helps out a lot. But I’ve been thinking lately and I kind of want to get away from the whole bouncing life, with the modeling contract coming through and then with the show. I was hoping I could use both platforms and maybe venture out and do other stuff, maybe even start my own bouncer business.

TRINITY MONROE: i love that babe. I always want to see you grow.

DEVYN CANNON: I love the support babe, I appreciate that. I just didn’t want you to think I was abandoning you or LadyBoy, I’ll still be around to help here and there but I just wanted you to know that I wanted to start focusing on other stuff too.

TRINITY MONROE:oh no babe. I love having you there. But I never expected it to be your last stop. I wanna see you do everything you dream of



DEVYN CANNON: To hear Trinity say she supports me means the world, I know how stressful it can be at LadyBoy so I didn’t want her to think that I was leaving the club completely. Since day one this girl has never judged me and that's one of the reasons why I love her the way I do.

The scene cuts back to the two.

DEVYN CANNON: Already bae, the photographer is calling me back. Once I finish up here, we can head out and get ready for later.

Trinity smiles and kisses Devyn on the cheek, he turns and runs back to set, the scene fades and reopens with Adyn Richie and his brother Richie Rich out for a stroll, the two make their way up the long hill and follow the trail.



ADYN RICHIE: A lot of shit has been happening in my personal life and professionally that has me on edge, some days I’m happy while other days I have my moments. The breakup with Israel really fucked me up because it was my first real relationship, I was in love with that dude.

Adyn pauses for a second, he wants to shed a tear but he holds back.

ADYN RICHIE: I won’t even give him the satisfaction.

The scene cuts back to the two still walking the trail.

RICHIE RICH: I was shocked when you called me, I haven’t been able to reach you recently minus the small interactions we have on Twitter with the likes and retweets.

ADYN RICHIE: It's nothing personal bro, but you know how I get when I’m in my feelings.

RICHIE RICH: So do you want to tell me what happened or at least talk about how you feel?

ADYN RICHIE: It's nothing to really talk about except we're not together anymore and while he’s moved on enjoying his life I’m over here still in my feelings over this prick.



ADYN RICHIE: Crazy how I can still be torn over some dude, but that's just how love works I guess, Israel has tried to reach out to me multiple times but I haven’t been interested in his calls, I want to believe he’s sorry and that his apology is sincere but I just don’t know.

The scene cuts back to the two.

RICHIE RICH: You could talk to me about whatever because what you're going through, I’ve been there. I’m just lucky enough to have found real love and you will too, bro you are still young with so much time ahead of you. Just know that falling in love is a risk, you’ll experience the bad before you reach the good so don’t let this hold you back.

ADYN RICHIE: I guess you're right, but it still sucks though.

RICHIE RICH: Maybe you two should sit down and have a talk, like a real no holds barred talk and lay it all out on the table, you never know what could happen.

ADYN RICHIE: I just need closure and why it happened, I never gave him that opportunity, I just left.

RICHIE RICH: Well there you go, have that talk. But speaking of talking, I think we should talk about what's going on with us, I understand the distance part but we were kind of distant before this whole situation with you and Israel.

ADYN RICHIE: I don’t know Richie, we both grew up in different households and I would only see you maybe 3-5 times a year so it was always hard to build an actual relationship between us.

RICHIE RICH: Yeah but I’ve tried.



ADYN RICHIE: Richie Rich and I have the same father but different mothers, so we didn’t get to spend holidays together all the time nor did we see each other often. Richie lived in California and I was in Colorado and our parents never really made the effort to bring us together unless we made noise about it. And honestly I’ve always been a little jealous of him, so I guess my jealousy and insecurities caused us to be apart.

The scene cuts back to the two, they finally reach their destination which is at the top of the hill, the two sit down on the bench to continue their conversation.

RICHIE RICH: I never wanted you to feel pressured but at the same time I just wanted a relationship with my brother. It’s good that we’re trying now though but this conversation was needed and I’m happy we’re able to sit down and have it.

ADYN RICHIE: I will apologize for being so distant but just like you I have my own life too, while you were off being this huge model and reality tv star, i was back in Denver struggling just to get noticed. I felt like you should have helped me, not necessarily put me on but at least guide me.

RICHIE RICH: I didn’t know and I don’t think you should fault me for not knowing. I wasn’t as huge as you think I was, trust me the modeling agencies stopped calling after my involvement with the show because of the drama I was putting myself in, so at that time I was trying to help myself. I finally was able to get people to start working with me again and trusting me again but by that time you were already picked up for the show.

ADYN RICHIE: But Richie you were still getting booked places, I would see you out at these parties that I know for a fact you were getting paid to attend. I think if you really wanted to be a part of my life that you would have brought me around more, whether it was for a show or just to spend time. But it's the past and just like you said I need to focus more on the future and not let things upset or get to me anymore, and I’ll do just that.



ADYN RICHIE: I know I shouldn’t really blame him for everything and honestly I’m happy that we finally sat down and really talked about it, I know I have to do better on my end so I plan on making some changes.

The scene cuts back to the two.

RICHIE RICH: And let me apologize too for anything that may have caused you any hurt, I’m still learning myself on how to be a good boyfriend, brother, son, and just human being in general.

ADYN RICHIE: Facts!

RICHIE RICH: I love you bro, remember that.

Richie Rich leans over and hugs Adyn, the two jump up from the bench.

RICHIE RICH: Last one to make it to the bottom though pays for Chipotle.

Before Adyn could answer Richie Rich takes off down the hill, Adyn shakes his head and laughs running off behind him. The scene fades and reopens with Carlos walking into Pink’s Hot Dogs. Carlos places an order before sitting down at one of the tables set up outside.



CARLOS TORREZ: London’s event was crazy,I will admit I probably crossed the line by bringing Arden there but trust me it wasn’t to start any issues with Brandon but just to build a better working relationship between Arden and I. People don’t know that Arden is a powerful business man in LA, he also has a lot of money.

Carlos winks at the camera.

CARLOS TORREZ: So us being around each other is more so for business purposes, now I can’t change the fact that Arden and Brandon have history that has nothing to do with me but Brandon is making it about me. So this morning I received a text from London, yeah I was fucking shocked but he said he wanted to talk, so here I am London. Lets talk!

The scene cuts back to Carlos sitting down and eating, after a few minutes go by London is shown arriving at Pink's Hot Dogs. London parks and hops out making his way straight to Carlos without ordering any food.



LONDON CARTER•KING: Look I wasn’t planning on staying long so I don’t even know why Carlos is having a whole meal like we’re about to sit here and reminisce or something. My goal here today is to let Carlos know that he needs to stop with the messy shit. The shit that went down at my party wasn’t cool at all and with Brandon quitting the show, Carlos needs to be put in his fucking place.

The scene cuts back to London and Carlos, London sits down placing his phone and keys on the table.

CARLOS TORREZ: Hello London, How are you?

LONDON CARTER•KING: Cut the bullshit Carlos, you already know I don’t want to be here.

CARLOS TORREZ: [chuckles] So why are you here?

LONDON CARTER•KING: Because I don’t understand why you are back to your old tricks again, first you tried to ruin Anthony and I and now Brandon? Like what the fuck is your issue? Are you that unhappy with your own life that you're still trying to cause misery to others?

CARLOS TORREZ: Ruin your relationship? I think that was already there before I even got involved, I think you're forgetting that we all ran in the same circle for years before everything went bad. Trust me if I really wanted to ruin y’all, I could have done it.

LONDON CARTER•KING: You don’t understand that no one fucks with you, you have burnt bridges with all of us. Me, Brandon, and even President. I don’t wake up everyday and think about you or wonder what you're doing, I focus on me and me only.

Carlos rolls his eyes.

CARLOS TORREZ: What is the purpose of this conversation because all I’m hearing is a bunch of bullshit. You all we’re fake friends to begin with, when’s the last time you even talked to President?

LONDON CARTER•KING: President and I talk often and trust your name is never mentioned, do you know he won’t return to the show unless you're gone.

CARLOS TORREZ: Oh is that what he told you? Ha! That’s hilarious to me, President is the forgotten person, no one even remembers him or even cares to talk about him just like Ephriam!



CARLOS TORREZ: Yeah London, President, Ephriam and I started this show, and at one point we were all REAL FRIENDS. But once the show took off, so did everyone’s egos! President is still holding onto a grudge because he felt like I led him on, that was impossible because President had a love interest so how could I lead anyone on? I think the relationship that Ephriam and I caused President’s anger towards me, but it's like dude that was years ago, MOVE THE FUCK ON.

The scene cuts back to London and Carlos.

CARLOS TORREZ: Why are you here even bringing up his name? That’s old shit. I moved on and was in a brand new relationship that lasted years so who cares about that. I came here with the intention of apologizing and hoping that you and I could maybe start fresh, not saying be friends but at least be cordial with each other especially if it's in a group environment.

LONDON CARTER•KING: Carlos I’ve said this many times that we will never be friends again, as for being cordial I can do that but I doubt I’ll see you in any group setting because I don’t run around in the slums.

London grabs his phone and his keys, he starts to get up from the table.

LONDON CARTER•KING: I just came here to say leave me, my nigga and Brandon alone. I know trying to fuck peoples lives up is a hobby but it's time for a new one, it's 2020 and shit is already fucked up. We don’t need you fucking it up anymore for people!



LONDON CARTER•KING: I felt like if I sat here any longer I was going to pick that tray of hot dogs up and slam his face right into it. I DO NOT LIKE CARLOS TORREZ AND I NEVER WILL.

The scene cuts back to London leaving Pink’s Hot Dog, he jumps into his car and rides off leaving Carlos alone, Carlos shows no emotion and continues eating his hot dog as the scene fades and reopens inside of Isaiah Wolfe’s condo he’s currently renting while staying in LA. Isaiah is shown standing in the bedroom bathroom getting his day started, brushing his teeth and just staring into the mirror. With a lot on his mind, he lets out a huge sigh and walks into the living room.



ISAIAH WOLFE: I will admit that I haven’t been the nicest, especially towards the people that I love but at the same time I have the right to be happy too. It was never my intention to start drama between Carlos and Brandon, Carlos and I aren’t even a couple, so I don’t understand what the issue is.

PRODUCER: Arden maybe?

ISAIAH WOLFE: That has nothing to do with me, Carlos brought that man around, not me! So I refuse to take the blame for that. Anyway I'm happy Chanel was stopping by to see me because it seems like she was the only one on my side out of the Mean Girls Clique.

The scene cuts back to Isaiah’s condo, Isaiah with chips in his hand walks over to the front door and opens it up. Chanel Snow walks in drag, fresh from a photoshoot and gives her close friend a hug. Chanel drops her louis vuitton bag onto the sofa and sits down beside it. She pushes her hair from her face and reaches for a piece of juicy fruit gum that she notices on the table.

CHANEL SNOW: It’s been so long since I’ve had some juicy fruit, I don’t even need the gum, I just want it. Anyway, what’s up boy? Thank you for letting me stay with you tonight, but you know I would have just booked a hotel since I’m flying back to Atlanta in the morning.

ISAIAH WOLFE: I don’t know why you just don’t move out here.

CHANEL SNOW: You don’t even live here, you're only here because the show is taping here boy. I still check on your place back in Atlanta so don’t even try me like that.

ISAIAH WOLFE: Well since being here it made me realize that I think I want to live here permanently, there’s nothing in Atlanta for me.

CHANEL SNOW: Oh now there's nothing in Atlanta, but just a couple months ago you were talking about opening up businesses and doing all this other stuff in Atlanta so what made you change your mind or should I say who made you change your mind?

ISAIAH WOLFE: No one in particular, just me.

CHANEL SNOW: I don’t believe that at all, I think this new group of friends you’ve been hanging around has your mind in shambles, and what is this stuff going on with you and Brandon?



ISAIAH WOLFE: I really hope Chanel stays neutral in this whole situation between Brandon and I, no picking sides.

The scene cuts back to the two.

ISAIAH WOLFE: I already told you what happened, Brandon is mad because I’m hanging around Carlos and he thinks that I was behind bringing Arden to London’s party but I didn't have anything to do with that, I just thought it was just going to be me and him.

CHANEL SNOW: It's messy Isaiah, everyone knows the history with Brandon and Carlos and no shade you were Brandon’s friend before Carlos. I don’t think it would have been an issue if Brandon’s business wasn’t brought into the picture, but since that happened it kind of makes you look guilty even if it is by association.

ISAIAH WOLFE: I get that but Brandon knows me better than that, I can’t stop Carlos from trying to take Brandon down.

CHANEL SNOW: Clearly that's what he’s trying to do and he’s ruining your friendship with Brandon.



CHANEL SNOW: Look y’all need to be cutting me a check for making these appearances, you know I don’t do this show anymore.

Chanel laughs.

CHANEL SNOW: Anyway I just hope Isaiah realizes the mess he has caused and tries to fix it, The Mean Girls were not just radio hosts but we are a family, really good friends at that and I hate to see them at odds. As for my friendship with Isaiah, that will always stay but honestly I wouldn’t be a good friend if I didn’t tell him he was doing wrong.

The scene cuts back to the two,

CHANEL SNOW: I would tell Brandon to sit down with you but he officially quit the show.

ISAIAH WOLFE: I heard.

CHANEL SNOW: But maybe in time he will talk with you off camera, I don’t know if your friendship will ever be the same again but I think it's worth a try.

ISAIAH WOLFE: I just didn’t want to lose you as a friend.

CHANEL SNOW: I’ll always be your friend, but I will always be a friend to Brandon too. I know my place when it comes to you two, just don’t bad mouth him and I’ll tell him the same about you.

ISAIAH WOLFE: I’m not going to lie though, I miss him.

CHANEL SNOW: I’m sure he misses you too, you guys will come back from this, just give it time.

The two continue talking as the scene fades and reopens inside of Sean’s home, Sean is shown throwing some clothes in a bag and tossing it by the door. He turns and walks into another room in the house and grabs some shoes out of the closet, he takes the shoes and tosses them into another bag sitting beside the bedroom door.



SEAN WILLIAMS: The other day was so embarrassing, I didn’t want Mercedes to see me in that type of situation, especially since she didn’t know Dre’ and I were in an open relationship, well more so open on his part. But after a few glasses of wine and some Ashanti songs, I was over it and him. I called Dre’ and asked him to meet me at my place, I wanted him to know as of today we're done.

The scene cuts back to Sean’s home, a black lamborghini is shown pulling into the driveway and Dre’ is shown inside on his phone.

DRE’: Alright shorty, I’m at my destination so I’ll hit you when I leave here.

The mystery woman on the other end replies with an “Ok” and “I love you.” Dre’ ends the call and slides the phone into his pocket. He pulls the overhead mirror down and stares into wondering what he’s about to get himself into.



DRE’: I finally got a hold of Sean after he’s been ignoring my calls, I don’t know what his deal is but it seems like every other day he’s in his feelings about something. So I don’t know what I’m about to walk into when going inside but hopefully it’s something tight and right, and not some bullshit.

Dre’ smirks as the scene cuts back to him walking inside the house, he notices a few of his items by the door and realizes that this is not going to be what he thought it would be. Dre’ slowly walks up the stairs listening to the sounds of Ashanti’s Rain on Me blast through the speakers, he shakes his head and walks in on Sean who is sitting in the middle of the floor with a glass of wine in one hand and his machete in the other.

DRE’: Bro, what the hell? Should I be scared or something?

SEAN WILLIAMS: What would give you that impression?

DRE’: Uhhh, lets see. Your sitting in the middle of the floor listening to some sad depressing shit and holding a fucking huge ass knife.

Sean points over to the plate of cucumbers sitting on the floor next to him.

DRE’: I don’t get it.

SEAN WILLIAMS: I was cutting cucumbers and you just happened to walk in during the middle of it, trust me if I wanted to harm you, I wouldn’t be foolish and be messy with a knife but instead make it clean and quiet.

DRE’: Not helping.

SEAN WILLIAMS: Just saying.

DRE’: Ok, well whats up? Why have you been ignoring my calls? I wanted to see you last night and this morning you didn’t show up for the walk in the valley.

SEAN WILLIAMS: I mean why would I? I figured you were with that girl I saw you with the other day, so I didn’t want to interrupt your time with her.

DRE’: Ah so this is why you're being distant? I knew I recognized your car as it sped by, just because you have tints don’t mean I don’t know your car or those plates. You should have walked up and introduced yourself.

SEAN WILLIAMS: As what?

DRE’: As your name, look I knew this was going to be an issue. I already told you what the situation was going to be, and you said that you could handle it and here we are having this conversation again.



DRE’: Something told me that coming over here today wasn’t going to be pleasant. I can understand Sean’s frustrations but at the end of the day he said he could handle my bisexuality and the fact I still wanted to mess with women, I honestly don’t know what to say to him right now.

PRODUCER: Maybe an apology.

DRE’: I don’t have anything to apologize for.

The scene cuts back to the two, Dre walks over to Sean trying to comfort him with a hug but Sean pushes his arm away.

SEAN WILLIAMS: I thought I could handle it but I don’t know Dre, it’s just weird to see the man I’m in love with all over someone else, whether a woman or man that shit still stings.

Sean shrugs his shoulders, he takes a minute to himself.

SEAN WILLIAMS: And then I was with my best friend who knows how badly I love you and it was just embarrassing.

DRE’: I’m sorry if you felt embarrassed but we have an understanding, when I’m with you it’s only about you and these chicks I’m with is just a fun time, it’s not serious like me and you.

SEAN WILLIAMS: ……. I don’t know what to say.

DRE’: Just say we are going to get past this and work this out, that’s what I want to hear.



SEAN WILLIAMS: As much as I wanted to say we could work it out, I just didn’t know. I’m older now and I don’t want to keep bouncing from dude to dude, I need some stability in my life, some fucking consistency.

PRODUCER: What are you going to do?

Sean shrugs and remains silent, the scene cuts back to the two.

SEAN WILLIAMS: I don’t even think I can say that.

DRE’: Is there someone else?

SEAN WILLIAMS: As much as I wish I could say yes ,I wouldn’t even lie to you like that. For some reason relationships and I don’t mix, I rather just be single than deal with this bullshit.

DRE’: Yo, you are overreacting. If you want me to stop fucking with the girl then I will, I’m making an effort.

Sean shakes his head, he’s heard those same words before and this time it wasn’t going to fly. Sean walks over to Dre and he grabs a hold of his hand squeezing it hard.

SEAN WILLIAMS: I think a friendship is what’s best, at least until you really figure out what it is you want. I can’t force you to come out and be free with your sexuality and I respect that, but I need you to respect me and my decision not to hide my true self and my relationship.

Sean releases his hold from Dre’s hand and he points over at the bags on the floor.

SEAN WILLIAMS: Some of your stuff is packed, there’s still a few more items but I need to get out of this house for a second so I’m hoping you can swing by later to get the rest of your items.

DRE’: Are you serious?

Sean shakes his head Yes, Dre stands there for a second just staring at Sean not knowing what else to say, he goes to reach for his stuff and Sean exits the room and heads towards the bedroom as the scene fades and reopens outside of Micah’s beach house located in Malibu, the scene shows a table set up outside with candles sitting on top and spread around the table on the ground below. Also on the table were plates, two bottles of wine and a tall vase with roses sitting inside. The scene then cuts to Micah standing in his home staring out towards the table he set up on his own.



MICAH GRAY: This tension between Chase and I has been going on for a while now and I’m tired of it, I know Chase knows I’m feeling him and to keep it stack he’s been broken up with his ex for months now, I know it takes time for people to heal but shit I feel like Chase is good. I set this little dinner date up so I can really show him how I feel, so I’m hoping the end result works in my favor.

The scene cuts back to Micah’s house, “Scared of Love” by K Camp is heard playing in the background as Chase is shown arriving at the house. He walks inside and greets Micah with a warm embrace.

CHASE LIU: I’m so hungry, where are we eating?


MICAH GRAY: Well I figured we would stay in tonight, with the world going under Quarantine because of this coronavirus shit, we might as well play it safe and kick it in the crib.

CHASE LIU: I’m cool with that, better safe than sorry I guess.

MICAH GRAY: I set everything up outside so we can enjoy the weather and shit, look at the water.

CHASE LIU: Awe look at you trying to be all romantic, it's nice.



CHASE LIU: I’ve known for some time that Micah had a little crush on me, and don’t get me wrong Micah is cute and I enjoy his company but I honestly don’t think I’m ready yet, plus I value our friendship and I think the reason why Jaser and I didn’t work out is because we didn’t become friends first, we kind of just jumped right in.

PRODUCER: Have you talked to Jaser?

Chase shakes his head No.

CHASE LIU: I haven’t and it sucks, but the damage has been done and there’s no going back.

The scene cuts back to Micah and Chase, Micah grabs Chase's hand and leads him to the outside where he has the dinner set up. Chase eyes widened as he looks at everything Micah has done and admires the work he put into it. Chase turns and hugs Micah again before sitting down in one of the chairs.

CHASE LIU: You really did all this for me?

MICAH GRAY: Yea dude, you deserve it. I know you’ve been dealing with some shit and I just wanted to take your mind off of it.

CHASE LIU: Thats sweet Micah, I'm speechless right now. I can’t remember the last time someone went through all this trouble to impress me.

MICAH GRAY: Not even your ex?

CHASE LIU: Nah, he was too busy with his wrestling career. We went on dates but it was never like this.

MICAH GRAY: This is the kind of treatment you get when you deal with a man, look I know you still trying to heal but I want you to know that I fuck with you and I mean that in a way of trying to be your dude. I don’t expect you to make a decision now but I’m hoping you just think about it.

Chase sits there for a second, he pours a glass of wine and takes a sip.

MICAH GRAY: It’s that intense huh?

CHASE LIU: I just don’t know what to say, you are right though I’m still trying to get over my ex but at the same time I’ve never really had anyone put in the work or effort like you. I really value our friendship Micah, I mean even before the breakup happen you were really there for me through a lot and i just don’t want to risk us failing and then we stop being friends.

MICAH GRAY: You can’t think like that.

CHASE LIU: I know, but -

MICAH GRAY: I just want you to think about it, that’s all.



CHASE LIU: It's really difficult for me to even make a decision right now, everyone including Jaser already assumed I was having an affair with Micah during my relationship with Jaser which wasn;t true, but for me to end up him with after the fact would only cause my drama in my life and that’s drama I don’t need.

The scene cuts back to the two.

MICAH Can you at least just do that for me?

CHASE LIU: Of course.

MICAH GRAY: Can I ask you something though? Do you even have feelings for me?

Chase takes a second before answer, he lets out a smile and he looks Micah straight in the eyes.

MICAH GRAY: No lie I kind of feel like I already love you, and that’s what scares the shit out of me.

Micah with a shocked look in his face wastes no time, he leans over and kisses Chase on the lips and this time Chase doesn’t push him away. The two kiss for a few seconds before pulling away.

MICAH GRAY: I’ve been wanting to do that shit for awhile now.

Chase blushes.

MICAH GRAY: I won’t rush you bruh, and I want you to know that I’m going to rock with you regardless.



MICAH GRAY: I know me kissing Chase was random as fuck, but this whole shit is still fresh to me and it’s different when dealing with a female, I don’t know I felt like I needed to make that move so I just went for it, fuck who has a problem with it.

The scene cuts back to the two, Chase takes another sip of wine still blushing after the kiss Micah just planted on him.

CHASE LIU: So what else do you have planned?

MICAH GRAY: I mean…. (Micah laughs) I got a meeting planned in my bedroom with you.

Chase laughs.

CHASE LIU: Boy stop playing with me, I’m forreal.

MICAH GRAY: Nah, I got some shit for us to watch on netflix and you know some good smoke. So after we eat, we can take this party back in the crib and chill out.

CHASE LIU: Sounds like a plan, hashtag Quarantining.

MICAH GRAY: Ha, your corny boy.

The chefs that Micah hired for the dinner make their way out with the food for the evening, they reveal the dishes and place them on the table.

CHASE LIU: This smells good, I see you got some taste.

MICAH GRAY: Ayo, I’m trying.

The two laugh and start to eat, the scene fades and reopens outside Yung Fetish. London is shown paying for his purchases and to some of the employees as he exits the store.



LONDON CARTER•KING: I just got back from Oklahoma handing some family business, I was going to make it a group trip but with all the drama going on lately, I decided just to go alone and keep it to just me and the family.

PRODUCER: Why couldn’t we film you inside of Brandon’s store?

LONDON CARTER•KING: Now y’all know damn well why y’all can’t film inside. Anyway while being back in LA I thought I would stop by Brandon’s shop to get some retail therapy in, ain’t nothing wrong with spending a little dough to make you feel better.

The scene cuts back to London waking to his car, as he reaches the door he hears a familiar voice calling his name, he turns around and to his surprise is Anthony standing in front of him.

ANTHONY KING: Damn yo I yelled your name like four times.

LONDON CARTER•KING: I’m sorry Ant, I had these ear pods in and you know I can’t hear shit sometimes when I have these things in, but what’s babe?

ANTHONY KING: You know the studio only a few blocks away and when you told me you was coming here I thought I’d pull up on you.

LONDON CARTER•KING: You miss me that much huh?

ANTHONY KING: You know it.

LONDON CARTER•KING: I mean when I was in Oklahoma you weren’t to friendly towards me

ANTHONY KING: I know and i’m sorry, that’ll be the first thing I’ll say but we both know that life hasn’t been easy for us, ever since we extended the family shit has just been hard.

LONDON CARTER•KING: Well you knew having a son would change our lives around.

ANTHONY KING: And here we are still living separately.

LONDON CARTER•KING: Anthony it’s not like we're separated, sometimes I stay in Miami and sometimes I stay here in LA, we’ve been doing this for months now. I already told you that I didn’t want to live in LA full time and I don’t want our son raised here.

Anthony grunts, he shakes his head angered by what London is saying to him.

ANTHONY KING: I’m not about to argue on camera about this, my intention was to meet you here, surprise you with lunch plans and hopefully head back to the crib and have some fun while we didn’t have our son but it seems like the plan isn’t going to happen.

LONDON CARTER•KING: Well maybe you should have led with the surprise instead of that other shit.



LONDON CARTER•KING: I hated when Anthony and I fought, like it really makes me sad. We’ve been together 7+ years and I just don’t understand why til this day we’re still having major issues, like what the hell are we doing wrong?

The scene cuts back to the two.

LONDON CARTER•KING: Can we please just grab lunch and then go back to the house, I don’t want to argue with you today Ant, like shit has been stressful enough for me lately and arguing with you is the last thing I want to do.

Anthony nods his head yes, he grabs London by the arm pulling him closer to his body and he holds him.

ANTHONY KING: I love you yo.

London responds with “I love you too” and kisses him on the lips, the two jump in London’s car and drives off as the scene fades and reopens in Lenox Square. Cameras grab a few views of the crowded parking lot before coming to a white Porsche Cayenne in one of the spaces. As the door opens. Asani is shown clubbing or if the drivers side and her beastie and former life star Bry'an Tilly is shown getting out of the passengers side. He told his eyes as he looks at the parking lot.

BRY'AN TILLY: Guuuurl. Of course you want to come on the busiest day. Look at all these people!

ASANI LI: You know it's always popping here! I just can't wait any longer to see this store!



ASANI LI: So it's a really big week coming for me. I'm having my first pop up shop here in Lenox Square! And I've been told that everything is practically finished so I have to see it! And if course I have to bring my fave. Miss Tilly has been riding for me for a long time. We're always apart of each other's moments. No matter how big or small.

The scene returns to the two who are now shown walking through the mall toward her pop-up.

BRY'AN TILLY: So girl. You never told me about the party. How was it.

ASANI LI: I decided not to go. Surprisingly I wasn't really feeling being around all the drama. And from what I heard there was much.



ASANI LI: I still haven't gotten to know all these guys personally and i really didn't want my first interaction with them to be messy… as much as i enjoy a little show sometimes. I've been a little more focused on the coin. Like this here pop up store. Maybe I'll invite the gang all here. But would that be shady. They invite me to their event. I don't show up then expect them to show up to mine? Hmm we'll see.


The scene returns to the two.

BRY'AN TILLY: I'm not surprised. Most of these his hate each other. But it all seems to be small shit. But I mind my business.

ASANI LI: OKURRR

BRY'AN TILLY: Akayyyy. Honestly I think they'll be fine. You know the girls live for drama but deep down there's all love

ASANI LI: Yea I guess. But I was kinda upset that I didn't get to see that fine little piece of candy

BRY'AN TILLY: Oh miss thing! You are too damn much! You better leave that boy alone!

ASANI LI: What?! It's nothing like that.

She giggles.

ASANI LI: i just like looking at him.

BRY'AN TILLY: And he seems to have a thing for the Asian persuasion girl. You better keep them legs closed

ASANI LI: i think that's the worst advice you've ever given me as a best friend.

The two burst out laughing.

BRY'AN TILLY: i hate you bitch!

Asani stops in her tracks as the two come into eye site of the shop.

ASANI LI: Oh em gee! Bitch there it is!

BRY'AN TILLY: Girl yassss face!

The two jog over to where a huge photo of asani is shown on the front of the covering.

ASANI LI: i cannot believe it bitch!

BRY'AN TILLY: bitch I can! You deserve this! It's been a long time coming.

ASANI LI: you're right! It's just. It's here! In my face! That's my face… that's my face!!!

BRY'AN TILLY: And inside will be filled with your soon to be sold out new makeup line bitch!

ASANI LI: you know this!

BRY'AN TILLY: i wish we could see inside.

ASANI LI: Well be able to actually go on a little bit later. The guy is coming to go over the layout with me. I just wanted to get in a little early. I was too excited!

BRY'AN TILLY: I'm proud of you bitch!

ASANI LI: i love you bitch!

The two hug. Asani sheds a little tear. The two continue chatting as the scene fades.
