The scene opens up inside Amaya’s suite for her law firm. Amaya is shown signing off on a couple of papers from a case she just won. Her phone rings, and she notices it’s Amonte calling her. She picks up, and Amonte lets her know that he’s making his way up to her office. She disconnects the call and signs off the last piece of paper before sliding it into her briefcase.
AMAYA COLE: I swear it doesn’t seem like we’ve been in a pandemic with the amount of time I’ve been working; luckily for me, my company wasn’t really affected by the coronavirus, and till this day, the work hasn’t stopped. Amonte hit me up and asked me if he could stop by the office; he wanted to go over some paperwork regarding the cease and desist letter he had me write up and send to Tabor and Austin, now even though I consider those two friends, I’m sorry business is business, and my bills need to be paid just as much as theirs do.
Amaya winks at the camera, and the scene cuts back to her office. Amonte is shown making his way inside the suite with his mask on. He speaks with the receptionist and she walks him back to Amaya’s office who is just finishing up a phone call.
AMONTE JORDAN: A couple weeks ago I had reached out to Amaya regarding hiring her as my lawyer, I had it in my plans to eventually sue Tabor and Austin for defamation and slanderous comments regarding my life and my finances but after the talk we had at Keon’s house the other day i decided to drop the letter and see if we could handle our situation like adults and actually be friends, and even if we can’t be friends then being cordial is good enough for me.
Amonte shrugs.
AMONTE JORDAN: Plus I’m sure they couldn’t afford the legal fees anyway and the last thing I want to do is put them in even more debt, it’s bad enough they’re just getting by with the little coins they do have, I don’t want to snatch it all.
Amonte chuckles as the scene cuts back to the two.
AMAYA COLE: You look good boy, I like that outfit you have on.
AMONTE JORDAN: You already know when I step outside I have to look my best.
AMAYA COLE: I already know, but I’m hearing that you’ve decided not to go forward with the lawsuit against Tabor and his boyfriend Austin. Don’t get me wrong I was looking forward to the money, but I was hesitant about getting involved since I do consider them friends too.
AMONTE JORDAN: The way I see it, they’re already struggling to stay afloat and I don’t want to be the reason why they hit rock bottom, I’m pretty sure they’ve learned to keep my name out of their mouths going forward because if it wasn’t for that little sit down we had, I would be emptying their bank accounts right now and trust it’s not a lot to empty out.
Amonte giggles.
AMAYA COLE: I’m just happy you guys could fix the issue without taking it to court, once the court is involved then it becomes a whole other issue and no one wants to deal with that headache right now.
AMONTE JORDAN: You're absolutely right which is why I decided not to go through with it.
AMAYA COLE: I don’t understand why you guys can’t get along anyway.
Amonte shakes his head.
AMONTE JORDAN: I don’t know why either.
AMONTE JORDAN: I honestly don’t know why we can’t get along, in the beginning I always thought Tabor was a funny guy but I guess his friendship with Zuma is what bothered me. Instead of him actually getting to know me, he decided to let Zuma decide whether he could be my friend or not and from there we just always had an issue. But now that Zuma isn’t around, maybe Tabor will finally have his own identity and we could actually become friends, that is if Austin doesn’t get involved because even though we got rid of one problem, another one came along.
Amonte rolls his eyes and the scene cuts back the two.
AMONTE JORDAN: All I know is at the end of the day I’m drained from all this drama.
AMAYA COLE: I know you guys are going on this trip to Greece, it was nice of London to organize this whole thing, I told him that you guys would be a fun group to hang around with so it’s probably best that you guys act like adults and friends while on the trip.
AMONTE JORDAN: Yea it was nice of him to invite us which is why we all need to have our shit together before we go on this trip.
AMAYA COLE: Well maybe you and Austin should have a one on one and the same with Tabor, get down to the root of the issue and completely fix it before going on this trip. I know you guys sat down as a group but maybe a one on one needs to happen without the input of outside people.
Amonte lets out a huge sigh while rolling his eyes.
AMONTE JORDAN: I rather chew bricks.
AMAYA COLE: Amonte be nice.
AMONTE JORDAN: Ugh, maybe you're right! I’ll go home and think about it and if I decide to meet with them then I’ll reach out and set everything up but I can’t make any promises.
AMAYA COLE: At least try boy.
AMAYA COLE: I don’t understand why these grown men can’t sit down and act like adults and have a genuine conversation to fix whatever issues they have, it really isn’t that serious. With all that’s going on in the world today I’m pretty sure whatever petty drama they have going on can be squashed. I mean it’s Greece, who the hell wouldn’t want to vacay in Greece.
Amaya shakes her head.
AMAYA COLE: Whew I can’t, the ghetto chile.
The scene cuts back to the two.
AMONTE JORDAN: See I need friends like you because someone else would have told me to take their asses to the cleaners, but you have a forgiving heart and you like to see the good in people.
AMAYA COLE: I would go so far and say I have a forgiving heart because trust I haven’t forgiven some people that have crossed me, but I just think in y’all’s situation it’s more words that is causing the issues than anything else, if both parties were more polite with what they said then I don’t think you guys would have any issues.
AMONTE JORDAN: You know I don’t like you right.
AMAYA COLE: Boy please, you love me. Plus you know I’m right, I’m neutral in this situation and I’m not picking any sides, if Austin and Tabor were sitting right here I would have said the same thing to them.
AMONTE JORDAN: I believe you.
AMAYA COLE: But enough about them, how are you? I saw you dropped the assault charges against Cadence for the Uber incident, what made you change your mind?
Amonte takes a deep breath, staring out into space with so many thoughts running through his mind, he looks down at the ground before answering.
AMONTE JORDAN: I guess I’m okay.
AMONTE JORDAN: After the Uber incident with Cadence, we decided to try counseling just to see if we could really make it pass the pain, but I think because I have so much anger and hate built up inside that even a therapist couldn’t help us out. During the time I was really mad I decided to press charges against Cadence for the assault that happened inside of the Uber. I wanted him to pay for that traumatic experience and I didn’t care if it cost him a lot of money or his freedom but after a few months and a healing process, I decided to drop the charges and just let go completely.
Amonte pauses for a second.
AMONTE JORDAN: I think I only wanted to hurt him the way he hurt me but I know if I were to take that revenge out on him then no one would have won at the end of the day, Cadence would have been in jail and I would have continue to let that whole situation bother me so I decided to leave him and the whole situation alone.
PRODUCER: Are you happier now?
AMONTE JORDAN: I am.
The scene cuts back to the two.
AMONTE JORDAN: I really don’t like to talk about him or the situation that happened between us, I’m in a better place now and reliving that would only mess with my emotions.
AMAYA COLE: I understand boo, just know I’m only asking out of love and concern, but if you tell me you're ok, then I have to trust what you say and move on but understand that I’m here for you no matter what.
AMONTE JORDAN: I know and I appreciate that.
AMAYA COLE: So are you dating anyone or what?
AMONTE JORDAN: I actually am seeing someone, I want to keep it under wraps for now because I don’t want anyone in our business, I’m sure certain people will have a lot to say when they find out who it is but right now I’m just trying to enjoy every minute with him before any drama starts.
AMAYA COLE: Well I’m not just anybody, I’m your friend. But I understand why you want to keep it private, hell I’ve been dating the same guy for 4 years now and no one knows who he is.
AMONTE JORDAN: Which is why you probably lasted that long, my situation is still fresh but I can see us going really far.
AMAYA COLE: I hope it works out for you Amonte, you deserve it because I know you’ve been through some crazy shit.
AMONTE JORDAN: Yes I have. But anyway I have to get out of here, I got some errands I need to finish before the party, I hope to see you there.
AMAYA COLE: I’ll be there, fashionably late but I’ll still be there.
The two embrace with a hug before Amonte leaves out of Amaya’s office, the scene fades and reopens with Austin Ramsey and Todrick Tabor in Austin’s car. “Twerk” by City Girls (feat. Cardi B) is playing and Todrick is shaking his ass in his seat. He keeps slapping Austin’s hand away as he keeps trying to stick his hand up his shorts.
TODRICK TABOR: Boy, if you don’t cut it out and focus on the road.
TODRICK TABOR: I swear his sexual appetite is never satiated. We have tried to leave the house twice this morning. It’s these cut-off shorts, they drive him wild, and since we are going shopping for the wedding, I may have worn them intentionally.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Oh I’m focused alright.
TODRICK TABOR: I bet you are. So what’s my budget for this wedding?
AUSTIN RAMSEY: This is a trick, I don’t want to spend a small fortune but I also want her to have whatever she wants. Plus if this wedding is less than perfect I’m sure the Jordan’s will have so much to say that I’m gonna be forced to fuck Amonte up. We also know he does not know how to behave at public events and I swear if he pulls a Kenya haircare launch stunt, I will destroy him. I wonder if we could have a celebrity boxing night so I can legally put my hands on him. That might just work.
PRODUCER: Austin focus.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Huh? Oh yeah. I have been dodging this question as much as I can. I act stupid or pick a fight everytime she brings it up. I think she’s got me today because I really want some more of that good good and if I pick a fight, that shit isn’t going to happen.
The scene cuts back into the car.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Babe, can we not talk about that please? If I need to pull you back in, then I will. We aren’t hurting for anything but there are a lot of things we can do with the money we have. I want you to have your dream wedding. All that matters is that I put a ring on your finger and say I do. Then you will be Todrick Ramsey.
TODRICK TABOR: So there it is, I have been avoiding this conversation for quite some time. He keeps bringing up giving me his last name and I am 100% down for that, just on my terms. He wants me to be Todrick Ramsey but in this day and age, I want to hyphenate. Todrick Tabor-Ramsey has a nice ring to it, right? We both get what we want that way.
The scene cuts back into the car.
TODRICK TABOR: About that Babe
Austin hears the worry and hesitation in Todrick’s tone. He doesn’t look over at him because he doesn’t want to see that look on his face. He instead grabs his hand and holds it. Todrick instantly calms down and begins to relax.
TODRICK TABOR: I was really thinking about hyphenating my last name. It’s not that I have anything against taking your last name completely but I want to keep a part of myself. Tabor is fantastic on it’s own but we are building on the Tabor legacy with the addition of the Ramsey legacy. Does that make sense?
AUSTIN RAMSEY: This is one of those times where I want what I want but I understand what she means. As our counselor says, relationships are about compromise, give and take. I really want her to just have my last name only, but time to put on my big boy pants.
Austin is silent for a few minutes and then he looks over at Todrick with a warm smile on his face. Todrick looks relieved.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Well just taking your husband’s last name is a bit old-fashioned I think, and we aren’t really old-fashioned that way. If you want to be Todrick Tabor-Ramsey, then I’m okay with that. Ramsey’s still on the end.
Austin laughs and Todrick leans over and kisses his cheek.
TODRICK TABOR: That went much better than I thought it would. With Austin you never know, but he took that well. Too well, I wonder if he will lash out about that later? He’s been doing so much better lately, and really making an effort to behave. He still can’t hide his facial expressions but he takes the time to think out his responses to me. He promised to put in the work, and he kept that promise. I just hope he doesn’t blow his top in Greece. Amonte really knows how to push his buttons, and it wouldn’t be him if he didn’t throw a rock and then hide his hand. The problem is Austin won’t let it go and will just throw the rock back with ruthless aggression.
Keon won’t like that and A’Leah’s messy and miserable ass will definitely pour gasoline on the fire. Then run out of the room so she doesn’t get her ass beat. I don’t think Austin would hit her but if she touches him then I don’t know what he’d do. Austin fights, honey. I need this trip, some time in beautiful Greece will be good. On the plus side, I get to hit up Atara Themis, she can show me her beautiful home. If there is drama, that is my way out.
The scene transitions to downtown SoHo. With quick transitions showing the busy hustle and bustle of New York City, Silas Sharpe can be seen walking into The Downtown Social Club. He quickly makes his way over to a table, where a beautiful blonde is seated. He quickly takes his seat before looking down at the table. A glass of cabernet sauvignon is already poured. He quickly grabs it, taking a sip of it.
SILAS SHARPE: Sis, I’m so sorry that I’m late. Things were fucking hectic at the studio.
SIENNA SHARPE:Sure, blame it on the studio. Last time you did that you were too busy clapping cheeks to come have dinner with big sis.
SILAS SHARPE: Oh bitch, it’s been awhile since I clapped some cheeks. By the way, you cannot hold that shit against me, you’ve done the same thing to get your cheeks clapped!
SILAS SHARPE: Well, now that you’ve heard me and my sister talking about clapping cheeks, I guess I should introduce myself!
SIlas lets out a loud laugh.
SILAS SHARPE:: Well, my name is Silas Sharpe, and I am the quite possibly the nosiest gay in New York City. I’m a broadcast journalist, and I take that journalist part seriously! For the last three years, I’ve been working my ass off to make a name for myself in this big ass city. I landed a job with the biggest news station in NYC, and I’ve been happily on the masses TV screens ever since.
Silas takes his glass of wine and takes a large gulp.
SIENNA SHARPE: Damn boy, you know you can take your time. We still haven’t ordered appetizers! I’m going to assume you had a really long day?
SILAS SHARPE:: Girl, you could say that. You don’t realize how much goes into a Socialite Scene with Silas segment until I have to talk about sports stars. I like talking about the drama in NYC, not these horrible sports teams! If they wanted me to talk about sports, they should have left me at that position.
SIENNA SHARPE:: Mother fucker, I know more about sports than you! Look, I’m just happy that you made a little bit of time for me. I know you have all the boys trying to knock down your door to get a piece of you, it runs in our genes you know!
Silas’ eyes shift back and forth before he laughs once again.
SILAS SHARPE: I really love that my sister thinks that I’m bringing all the boys into my orbit, but I’m not. Times are lonely for this devilishly handsome news reporter. Many lonely nights with just me, and my right hand…
Silas quickly darts his eyes.
SILAS SHARPE: … Was that TMI?
Placing his fork into his plate, Silas picks around his plate.
SIENNA SHARPE: So, you really haven’t been with anyone since you ended your engagement to Kyler? I really find that hard to believe Si. You fucking love sex, more than I do… and that’s scary.
SILAS SHARPE: Sienna, I haven’t really been looking at anything lately. I’ve been so focused on my career, I don’t even think about entertaining people. I mean, the segment has been taking off quite a bit. I’ve been starting to really fall for this modeling shit. When do I have time for dating?
SIENNA SHARPE: I didn’t say anything about dating, but you need to fuck Si. I mean, you can’t tell me that you aren’t lonely for some male attention after being with a stick in the mud like you were.
SILAS SHARPE: I mean, I do miss that affection, but it isn’t worth it right now. Unless someone shows me that they are worthy of this primo ding-dong, I’m not giving it up.
SIENNA SHARPE: And that’s totally fine, but you have to start networking more. I’ve been coming back and staying with you here for at least two months. I don’t think you’ve really left your apartment. Dude, you can’t tell me that you haven’t at least made some good friends… other than Paloma, you know your dog annoys the shit out of me.
SILAS SHARPE: Bitch, don’t come for my Loma! Look, I promise that I will try to live up to the socialite image that you assume that I should have. Now, will you get off my back I’m trying to enjoy this dinner without having to think about you pushing me to go all ape-shit in my love life.
The two burst into laughter as they grab their drinks.
The scene cuts to Austin Ramsey in the gym teaching a fitness class. He finishes up the class and plugs his other classes, and his personal training sessions. Paul Montuori enters the gym, he sees Austin talking to a bunch of ladies and nods his head. He looked up and saw Paul watching him and waved him over.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Paul and I know each other from FIGHT! NYC formerly known as OPW. We had one hell of a match for the OPW Southern Heavyweight Championship. Paul was a legend there and I surprised everyone when I was in a championship match in my second match in the company. Paul is friends with Todrick and so I have taken to him. Right now, I’m so glad I’m behaving because these girls are throwing themselves at me and I hope Paul isn’t the snitch type. But what else is new with the ladies and the fellas throwing themselves at me.
Austin shrugs and the scene cuts back into the gym.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: What’s up ½ of the Super Montuori Bros.?
PAUL MONTUORI: Austin Ramsey, what’s going on? Surprised Todrick let you out alone.
Paul motions towards the groupies surrounding Austin.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: This is just work. What are you doing here? Looking for some help bulking up?
PAUL MONTUORI: Nah, with this face, that’s not necessary. Actually here to meet Alexis.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: Alexis? She’s in New York?
PAUL MONTUORI: Yeah, I flew her up. She’s setting me up with a private instructor. Something about teaching me ways to stay healthy for the long run. Especially after Blood Money. I’m aching.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: You are one lucky dude, Lex is fine as hell.
PAUL MONTUORI: Aye, I’m no slouch.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: I’ve been meaning to hit you up anyway, with you being new to the cast and uncorrupted by the opps, would you be interested in going on the cast trip with Toddy and me? You can bring Lex if you want. I won’t lie to you and tell you there won’t be any drama because some of the cast can’t help but act like uncivilized tarts for no good reason. Still it should be a really good time.
PAUL MONTUORI: Yeah I’m down. Been needing to get out of the City. Break from the Dad life. Shoot me over the dates. We can take the Montuori Family jet.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: I’m down for that. Toddy wanted a private jet anyway and I would do it but I’m always thinking about this expensive ass wedding. That means a lot bro. Alright, I’ll send you the details and I’m happy you are going.
The scene fades and reopens inside of Pure Nightclub located in lower Manhattan. “Up” by Cardi B is blasting through the club speakers and London Carter•King is shown inside dancing behind the VIP section, joining him is his close friend Brandon Young, Amonte Jordan, Amaya Cole, and Keon Camp. The four continue dancing having a good time and the scene cuts to London’s confessional.
LONDON CARTER-KING: Tonight is about having fun and celebrating being alive, so much is going on in the world right now that it actually feels good to be out and be around people. I got my best friend Brandon with me and I decided to invite some new people that I’m starting to form some relationships with and since they are going to Greece it would be nice to get an idea of who I’m surrounding myself with before we travel out of the country.
London shrugs
LONDON CARTER-KING: I’m just saying.
The scene cuts back to the group, the music cuts to a dance version of Tory Lanez version of ”Everyone falls in Love” and the whole club goes crazy including the cast behind the VIP section.
AMONTE JORDAN: We are turning up and having a good time, I wish my sister was here but she couldn’t make it tonight so I’m having fun for her. I like the vibes of the people here, it’s drama free, can’t you tell?
Amonte winks at the camera.
AMONTE JORDAN: The ones that cause drama aren’t here so that’s why everything is running smoothly, let’s party…AYYYEEE
The scene cuts back to the club and the song switches up to a dance beat with no words, the bass hits the speakers and the people start jumping up throwing their hands in the air, the scene cuts back to the VIP section, Keon and Amonte exit the VIP section leaving London, Brandon and Amaya alone.
AMAYA COLE: It’s lit in here tonight, it's so many people.
LONDON CARTER-KING: Ever since they lifted the mask mandate the people have been out in the streets, it's about time though because I’m tired of being stuck in the house.
AMAYA COLE: So what do you think of Amonte and Keon?
LONDON CARTER-KING: I’m having a good time with them tonight, but this is just the beginning, I would need to be around them more to see what they really like. I don’t go off other people’s relationship with them, I go off on my own.
AMAYA COLE: That’s the way to go about it.
BRANDON YOUNG-ANDREWS: Plus we are not here to interview them, we’re here to have fun and so far it’s been cool being around them.
LONDON CARTER-KING: Right.
The scene cuts to Amonte and Keon at the bar ordering more drinks, after they put in the orders the two start sipping on the ones made of themselves while they wait on the others.
KEON CAMP: I’m having so much fun Monte, it’s been so long.
AMONTE JORDAN: And everyone is here tonight, I’m seeing old and new faces.
KEON CAMP: I wish “my friend” would have come tonight.
Amonte looks at Keon with a straight face.
AMONTE JORDAN: Text his ass and tell him to pull up, he’s in the city.
Keon hesitates but he pulls out his phone and sends the text.
AMONTE JORDAN: Keon’s situation is complicated so I won’t talk about it, he is my best friend and I’ve done my damage before by speaking on his life. So going forward I’ve decided not to speak on his affairs or anything dealing with his personal life.
PRODUCER: His affairs huh?
AMONTE JORDAN: You tried it!
The scene cuts back to Amonte and Keon walking back over to the VIP Section, the two rejoin the rest of the cast handing them their drinks.
AMONTE JORDAN: Thank you for inviting us out London.
LONDON CARTER-KING: I’m glad y’all could come out, I just wanted us all to interact before we went to Greece, I wish Todrick, Austin and the rest of the crew could have come.
AMONTE JORDAN: You’ve invited the right people out, the ones that matter are here right now.
AMAYA COLE: Be nice Monte, unfortunately I can’t join you guys the first half of the trip but I can fly down and stay the last two days you guys are there. I have clients that have court dates that I must attend but I’ll be there.
LONDON CARTER-KING: I know you’re busy and that’s fine.
BRANDON YOUNG-ANDREWS: No shade to y’all but I don’t know y’all. I’m still thinking about it though but I got a lot of stuff in the states to handle first.
LONDON CARTER-KING: We know boy.
As the conversation continues, cameras pans to the entry of the club. A familiar face is shown headed toward the VIP section. As he gets closer it is revealed to be Cadence Washington. He notices London first and smirks as he walks over toward him.
Cadence grins at the camera before speaking.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: The kid is back baby. contrary to popular belief I am not banned. But niggas is trying real hard to make that happen.
He chuckles.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: I'm sure y'all might have seen what supposedly went down between me and ole boy. But I aint allowed to talk too much about that without a lawyer present.
He laughs harder this time as a shaderoom post announcing that Amonte was suing Cadence.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: Hilarious bro. And I hear he got Amaya reppin him and that was cool. I aint really expect shanty to have no loyalty to me after me and amonte split. But anyway. Other than that, I finally dropped the music. Moved into my own spot. Y'all can't call me the broke boy no more. And I'm SINGLE!!! Might have seen me in the streets with a thing or two but I'm free as a bird right now. So when London called and asked me to hit this club I was definitely down. Maybe I could take something home tonight.
He chuckles as the scene fades back to the VIP section where Cadence has now approached London. He hugs him.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: What's good man?
LONDON CARTER-KING: Oh damn I didn’t think you were going to show up.
LONDON CARTER-KING: I get it, this does come off messy but listen I didn’t mean any harm by this, I really felt bad that the group kind of pushed Cadence out of the picture so I invited him here just to kind of clear the air but I can tell by the look on Amonte’s face he wasn’t to happy.
The scene cuts back to the VIP section, Amonte stares Cadence up and down annoyed by his presence. He turns and looks at London wondering why London would even invite Cadence to this outing.
AMONTE JORDAN: I guess this is where I exit, y’all got me fucked up.
Amonte jumps up from his seat and exits the VIP section.
AMONTE JORDAN: I don’t know why London thought it was cool to invite Cadence to this party, it really shows how messy his ass is but you know what I’m not engaging in any drama with him or Cadence tonight so the best thing I can do is leave.
The scene cuts back to the club, Amonte has made his exit leaving Amaya, Keon, Brandon, London and Cadence in the VIP section.
KEON CAMP: Why are you here Cadence?
CADENCE WASHINGTON: because I was invited… silly Goose.
He chuckles.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: I didn't think we couldn't all party in the same spot. Are you mad at me or something?
KEON CAMP: Are you stupid or do you have amnesia? You are the reason why my best friend is leaving the club right now.
Amaya stands up meeting Cadence face to face.
AMAYA COLE: Cadence now you know Amonte is suing you right now and you two cannot be in the same room. I don’t think you should be here right now.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: Problem solved. He's already gone. So we can get back to the party!
AMAYA COLE: I don’t know if London knows what’s going on between Cadence and Amonte right now but it is kind of shady that Cadence is here right now.
The scene cuts back to the party.
KEON CAMP: He should leave right now.
LONDON CARTER-KING: Wait a minute now, I invited Cadence here because I felt like he deserved a second chance, he is also going on the trip to Greece so I wanted to meet him personally so I can see how we vibed.
Keon turns and looks at London.
KEON CAMP: Are you fucking kidding me? This man beat my best friend up in a Uber, he should be no where near any of us, he’s a fucking liability.
LONDON CARTER-KING: Keon that isn’t fair.
KEON CAMP: I’m not staying either, that’s really fucked up London.
Keon jumps up from his seat and exits out the VIP section leaving the rest of the group alone, he walks towards the exit and meets up with Amonte who is standing outside waiting for his Uber to arrive.
KEON CAMP: We need to get the hell out of here.
AMONTE JORDAN: I can’t believe London invited that piece of shit here, I have a pending case against him so he knows I can’t be around that bum ass sucka.
KEON CAMP: You know London said that Cadence was invited to Greece?
AMONTE JORDAN: Are you fucking kidding me?
AMONTE JORDAN: Does London not understand that Cadence has pending charges against him for assault, like what is he thinking inviting this drug addict abusive ass clown on a trip to one of the greatest places? I just don’t understand the logic of this situation!
Amonte shakes his head as the scene cuts back to outside of the club.
AMONTE JORDAN: Now I don’t know if I want to go or not, people should be worried about him being on the trip.
The scene fades back to the inside of the club.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: Look London maybe I should just bounce and we link up later. Clearly everyone is still a little salty over nothing.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: I hate that I can't really talk too much about what went down. But trust and believe the truth will come out. The Jordan clan really knows how to put on a show. That's all Ima say
He laughs as the scene fades to club
LONDON CARTER-KING: Ok well that was awkward, I get why he’s upset but damn he didn’t have to storm out like that.
AMAYA COLE: You gotta be kidding me London, you had to know that Cadence and Amonte cannot be in the same room right now, like there’s literally a criminal criminal case going on right now.
LONDON CARTER-KING: Look I wasn’t trying to start any drama, I didn’t want to leave anyone out.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: criminal case
He laughs
CADENCE WASHINGTON: he really gon go through with this. Maybe I shouldn't come on this trip.
LONDON CARTER-KING: Nah Cadence I think you should come, maybe you guys can sit down and have a one on one.
AMAYA COLE: They can’t.
LONDON CARTER-KING: Fuck them courts, they can talk and hash out the issues, apologies need to be made and forgiveness needs to happen.
BRANDON YOUNG-ANDREWS: Fuck the feds.
Everyone turns and looks at Brandon, Brandon shrugs. Cadence nods in agreement.
BRANDON YOUNG-ANDREWS: What?
LONDON CARTER-KING: Anyway, I think you should still come Cadence, just think about it.
AMAYA COLE: I don’t think that’s a good idea, it’s too soon.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: He really got you believing his lil story don't he Maya?
He chuckles
CADENCE WASHINGTON: you should be careful girl. Getting twisted with that family ain't good news for nobody. I should be suing them. But I ain't never fucked with the law.
AMAYA COLE: I’m just doing my job as his lawyer, he came to me with a bag and a police report so what else should I have done? He is my friend and business is business.
Brandon takes a sip of his drink.
BRANDON YOUNG-ANDREWS: I’m going to exit stage left because this looks like it might get heated and this is none of my business.
Brandon jumps up and exits the VIP section.
AMAYA COLE: Why don’t you sit and talk with him? You guys were in love and living together at one point so I just don’t understand why it had to go this far.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: In love?
He giggles.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: Monte thought he had a puppet. Monte was happy when I was broke and ain't have shit so he could "take care of me" and hold that shit over my head. Soon as I got good on my own that nigga flipped script.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: I don't know where she got the idea that we were ever in love. I barely love myself.
He chuckles.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: I did care about dude. But once I saw how he and his family rocked, I couldn't really see myself being around that. Rich people have a whole set of other problems that I don't want any parts of. But they always judged me. I don't have any words for him. Nah.
He shakes his head as the scene returns to the club.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: Look, I'm bout to be bizzy. I came here to have some drinks. Have some fun. But this here ain't fun. Plus anything I say or do might be being used against me right now.
He chuckles, looking Amaya up and down, then to London.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: I'll let you know about that trip bruh.
LONDON CARTER-KING: Sorry Cadence, just shoot me a text and let me know.
Cadence nods and the two share a hug before Cadence leaves, Amaya, Brandon and London are left alone in the VIP section, the three continue partying as the scene fades and reopens with London boarding a private jet with his son who face is being blurred out for privacy reasons and his husband Anthony King. They all get situated and both London and Anthony toast each other before the jet takes off.
LONDON CARTER-KING: I’m really looking forward to this trip to Greece, I get to spend some quality time with my man and my son while getting to know this new group of people I’ve decided to form friendships with. I just hope it’s more fun than drama.
London shrugs as the scene cuts back to the jet taking off, the scene fades and reopens in the driveway of Amonte Jordan's home. A matte black jeep wrangler is shown pulling into the driveway. When it comes to a stop Geon Taylor is shown getting out of the driver's seat.
GEON TAYLOR: I'm baaaack!
He chuckles, running his fingers through his hair.
GEON TAYLOR: After a brief hiatus, I am definitely back in full force. The pandemic was crazy man. Even still things aren't back to normal. But things are definitely moving forward. But the break was definitely needed. I found out my mom tested positive for covid shortly after filming so of course I had to make sure she was good before I got back to the grind. And thankfully we got through it all as a family and she's doing great. And so am I.
He smiles.
GEON TAYLOR: Geon is still one of the most requested male models in the industry so yes I’m still cocky as ever. Still the face of #AJACKCITYMEN and I'm still… single.
He sighs and chuckles.
GEON TAYLOR: I don't know man. I don't think anybody would be able to fit into my lifestyle. My main focus is always my career. So unless I can find someone that thinks the same way as I do, then I'll probably remain that way. But you do admit it feels good to be back. And just in time to go to Greece with the gang it's been a minute since I've caught up with Amonte so he invited me to fly on his family's Jett. Figured it might be fun. Hopefully he's in good spirits. After hearing some things in the press about him and his family, if any of it is true I really feel bad for him.
Geon shakes his head as the scene fades to the front door and Amonte is shown opening the door for his friend.
GEON TAYLOR: Mr Jordan! Wow! What's up man.
The two hug and Amonte invites Geon in.
AMONTE JORDAN: I’m so happy that you are here man, it's been so long since we’ve seen each other. You are a big time model now so you don’t have time for your friends anymore.
Geon chuckles
GEON TAYLOR: That was the dream man. Haha. But it has been awhile.
AMONTE JORDAN: Come in and look around, I’m still waiting for everyone else to get here and then we can head to the plane, you know I have to do it big with the private jet and all.
GEON TAYLOR: Oh yeah. We know you like to show out.
AMONTE JORDAN: I honestly didn’t think Geon was going to show up today, I know how busy he’s been these last few months traveling the world and shooting campaigns so I figured he wouldn’t have time to take a trip to Greece but when he text me back and said he was coming, I was beyond excited. Besides Keon and Amaya, Geon has shown his loyalty to me and he doesn’t come across someone I couldn’t trust so that's whY i’ve always valued him as a friend and respect our friendship, plus I couldn't fly to Greece and not have my good friend on the same flight as me.
The scene cuts back to the two.
GEON TAYLOR: So who is all flying with us?
AMONTE JORDAN: Well you know Keon will be on the flight, he’s bringing a friend I don’t know if you know him but his name is Yeshua and then I’m bringing someone that I’ve been kind of talking to since me and Cadence broke up and of course my sister will be on the flight.
GEON TAYLOR: I definitely heard about that. But mostly rumors. What really went down
GEON TAYLOR: So we all heard what went down. The infamous Uber incident.
He pauses as the news clip shows again.
GEON TAYLOR: Noone has really heard anything outside of what social media says. And I like to mind my business. But inquiring minds wanna know.
AMONTE JORDAN: I don’t want to speak too much about it because it’s still fresh and after my last relationship I really don’t want to mess this one up, he’s different from what I’ve dated so I’m really being cautious with this one.
GEON TAYLOR: Well tell me who it is and stop being so damn secretive.
AMONTE JORDAN: Just wait a minute, stop being so nosey Geon! They’ll be here in a minute but I want to know what’s been going on with you?
GEON TAYLOR: You know me man. Always at work. Calvin Klein extended my contract.
GEON TAYLOR: A new dude already. I don't know man. That might be kinda fast. Especially if you're still tied to your ex until this alleged lawsuit is over. Maybe it's a good thing I'm still single. I don't ever wanna have to go through these things.
He shakes his head as the scene returns to the two.
GEON TAYLOR: Gypan moved back with his parents so I have the pad to myself again.
AMONTE JORDAN: So what was really going on with you two? I know you always say you were just friends but I mean come on now y’all were always together and then when you started living together it only made it more suspicious.
AMONTE JORDAN: I really don’t care if they were together or not, I would be happy if he had someone in his life but as his friend I just figured he would be honest with me about the situation.
Amonte shrugs.
AMONTE JORDAN: Oh well I guess I’ll never know unless I hear it from Gypan himself but I doubt I’ll ever run into him again.
The scene cuts back to the two.
GEON TAYLOR: Nothing ever went on between us. He was new to the industry and was pretty cool. He's like a little brother to me
GEON TAYLOR: For somebody to be calling me nosey. He sure is all in my business.
He chuckles.
GEON TAYLOR: anything to take the heat off of him. But one day, and I'm sure probably I'm Greece everyone is gonna wanna know what's going on. Two days ago you're in the media supposedly getting beat up in an Uber. Now we're in Greece with a new boo like nothing happened. I'm sure everybody has questions. Might as well spill now.
He chuckles as the scene returns to the two.
GEON TAYLOR: I'm happily single and will remain that way till I'm sure I don't have to go through any of the bs. I'm in a great space man. I don't want drama messing that up.
AMONTE JORDAN: Look if you're happy as a single man then that’s all that matters, me on the other hand I love love and I’m not saying that’s what this is now but I think it could be.
GEON TAYLOR: Love? Whew he must be amazing if you talking that word already. I can't wait to meet him.
AMONTE JORDAN: I mean you're about to meet him, they're pulling up now.
Amonte points out the window towards a black escalade truck pulling up in the driveway, inside Trapp, Yeshua and Keon all hop out. They reach for their bags and place them beside the sprinter Amonte rented and they all head inside.
KEON CAMP: Amonte wouldn’t be Amonte if he didn’t charter his own plane to Greece but I’m not complaining, I’m cool with living the lavish life every once in a while. But what I don’t understand is why Geon is here?
Keon rolls his eyes.
KEON CAMP: We’ve never had an issue but it’s just funny to me how Geon is here for a trip to Greece but was nowhere to be found when Amonte was going through all that shit with Cadence. I mean if he wanted a free trip to Greece then that’s all he had to say, don’t act like you're concerned when you're really not.
The scene cuts back to the group, the remainder of the guys join Geon and Amonte at the front door and Amonte introduces Geon to Yeshua and Trapp. While everyone is talking another car pulls up in the driveway and A’Leah hops out with her man, Malik carries her luggage and places it beside the sprinter and the two share a long passionate kiss before Malik rides off.
A’LEAH JORDAN: I’m here, I know everyone is excited.
No one utters a word, not even Amonte, A’Leah rolls her eyes.
A’LEAH JORDAN: I’m so ready for this trip it's not even funny, I’ve never been to Greece so hopefully my first experience here is a good one, I am aware there are a few people on this trip that I don’t really get along with but if they stay calm then I’ll stay come and we won’t have any issues.
A’Leah winks at the camera.
A’LEAH JORDAN: Got it!
The scene cuts back to the group.
AMONTE JORDAN: Alright guys we should head out and jump on this bus, our flight departs in an hour.
Everyone grabs their luggage and start placing it on the sprinter, everyone follows behind Amonte as they enter the sprinter and take their seats, Amonte cracks open a champagne bottle and the drinks start flowing as the scene fades and reopens Austin and Todrick pull up to the Teterboro Airport in the car that was sent for them by Paul Montuori. The car pulls up onto a private tarmac. Paul said they could all fly to Greece on his family’s private jet and they were happy they didn’t have to worry about running into The Jordans or the group they were traveling with.
TODRICK TABOR: So today is the big day that we are flying out to Greece. Thank God, Paul said we could fly on his family’s private jet because you know that is all we would hear when we got that about how “the rich” flew to Greece. This was also very convenient because Cadence can fly with us and not have to fly alone. He has been really working on himself and I am happy that he has made a better life for himself. No matter what is said on this trip, no one can take his progress away from him.
PRODUCER: Do you think it’s a bit shady to invite him to travel with you? Surely it won’t make Amonte happy.
TODRICK TABOR: Now why would I care what she gets upset about? Lord knows that I have tried and tried to keep it cute and cordial with her but she is just a very mean girl and I’m over it. Contrary to what Amonte and his harping shrew of a sister say, every move I make is not about them. They are rarely on my mind but I am always on theirs.
PRODUCER: It’s no secret that Austin is not a fan of you having male friends, is he okay with your friendship with Cadence?
TODRICK TABOR: Austin and Cadence get along quite nicely actually. Cadence passed all of Austin’s “tests” but he always saw how Amonte treated him and how his rabid dog was always coming at him. Cadence was always willing to call BS when things were actual BS and he had my back because I was always kind to him. I saw no reason to be a bitch because he was not as well off as the rest of the cast. Austin gathers the bags from the car and the Uber drives away.
Moments later a car is shown pulling up. As it comes to a stop Cadence is shown getting out of the driver's seat of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. A car was waiting to take him to the private jet.
CADENCE WASHINGTON: So I thought about it. And I was definitely not about to let Amonte keep me out of a free trip to greece. No sir. Todrick let me know that his boy Paul said I could ride with them on the Jett too. Man life is good. I haven't met this Paul cat yet but any friends of Todrick are friends of mine. That's a real one.
PRODUCER: how do you think Amonte is gonna feel about not only you coming, but then you're coming with todrick?
CADENCE WASHINGTON: That man don't own me no more. Toddy was the only one that showed me real friendship from jump. Always supported me even when I dogged him for Monte. I could care less. He ain't worried bout me. He already got a new toy. So why should he caate what I'm doing. I don't care about what he's doing over there.
He chuckles as the scene returns to Todrick and Austin. Austin just dropped all the bags off and walks back up to Todrick and pulls him in and kisses him on the side of the head.
TODRICK TABOR: Babe, look, Cadence is here. I’m so happy to see him and that he decided to come. The trip over should be peaceful but in a way I know what is looming when we get there.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: What did I tell you about that? Who cares about the ones who aren’t there for us. The only one that you should even be remotely concerned with is Keon since you insist on trying to fix things with him.
TODRICK TABOR: If I manage to fix things with him, you are going to have to change how you speak to him and behave around him.
Austin tenses up a bit but doesn’t respond as he does not want to ruin the moment with a stupid argument that to him had nothing to do with them anyway. He would be nice to who was nice to him and return the exact energy that was given to him to whoever wasn’t.
Todrick and Austin get out of the car, looking over at the private jet they’ll be flying to Greece in. Paul appears from onto the steps with a huge grin on his face, holding up a glass of champagne.
PAUL MONTUORI: Aye, about time! Leave your bags, somebody will get them!
Paul appeared at the right time and The Ramsey’s were glad for the distraction. Austin walks over to Todrick and helps him out of the car and holds his hand as they approach the plane and smile at Paul. Cadence arrives on the tarmac and the three wave at him as he heads towards them. Austin leans over and whispers to Todrick.
AUSTIN RAMSEY: You have nothing to worry about, Babe. I will be on my best behavior during this trip. I know you want peace and we both know that won’t happen quickly but I’ll do my best because I love you and you are worth it.
They all head inside the jet and take their seats and begin their journey to Greece. As the scene fades.
